Funding Types

We are able to see privately funded clients in the clinic or community with a travel fee.
Payment is required on the day via EFTPOS payment or cash payment.

Your private health insurance may have cover for Speech Pathology.
The item codes for Speech Pathology are 330 and 350.

A GP Management Plan entitles the client to receive up to 5 discounted sessions Speech Pathology per 12 month period. For an exact indication of rebate rate, please contact Medicare for further information.

Clients who have funding through the NDIS are welcome at Oh Hello Speech Pathology.
If your funding is self managed EFTPOS payment is required at the time of consultation (unless sessions are held off-site. An invoice will be issued after the session).
If your funding is managed by a Plan Management, an invoice will be sent electronically to the organisation.
Please note that we are not NDIS registered and cannot accept clients with NDIS managed funding. You will be required to pay for the session out of pocket.
Payment Options
Payment of services is required at the time of appointment for private, Medicare and self-managed NDIS plans. An invoice will be provided to NDIS plan managers for payment.
Eftpos facilities are available.
